The game, which came out in 2009, is the very first game to be released by developer  Markus Persson and Jens Bergensten . From 2009 to the present, the game has gained great popularity among young people, the  Java Edition was developed in the pure Java programming  language . There are currently two versions of the game,  Java Edition and Bedrock Edition .
The latest version of Minecraft Java Edition 1.16.1 is currently available (you can choose other versions).
