More Phantom addon

Addon More Phantom will add new phantom, living in specific biomes. Phantoms are unsafe mobs that spawn only in judgment time and attack players from the sky. In order not to be afraid of phantoms, get an ordinary cat, the cat will scare them away, not allowing them to kill you.
