67' Shelby GT500

67' Shelby GT500
Addons for Minecraft PE
7.0 litres, 428 cubic inches for the Americans, V8. Nothing screams "American" more than this. The 1967 Ford Shelby GT500, a sports car, a muscle car if you fancy, a pony car if you will. While the original, stock variant, the 1967 Ford Mustang developed by Ford is great and all, the Shelby Mustang, in this case the Shelby GT500 spices things up a bit. Built by high performance vehicle manufacturer, Shelby American (yes, the one founded by automotive legend Carroll Shelby) , you can bet your ass this thing's fast. 205km/h, 128mp/h, this is 1967 so thats easily atleast 270km/h by nowadays standards. And if you still think thats slow, well, it is 2021 after all. But if you disagree on the beauty of this legend, then you may have a lack of taste. This addon also serves as a Remastered version of my previous GT500 Eleanor addon made sometime mid last year (mid-2020).

• Car History

"The 1967 Shelby G.T. 500 was the first model built in the Shelby G.T. 500 range. It is based on the 1967 Mustang and is equipped with a FE 428 cu in (7.0 L) Police-Interceptor V8 engine topped with an aluminum mid-rise intake and 2X4-barrel 600 CFM Holley carburetors producing 355 bhp (360 PS; 265 kW) at 5,400 rpm and 420 lb⋅ft (569 N⋅m) at 3200 rpm of torque. Two thousand forty eight were produced in 1967. Several body parts of the G.T. were made of fiberglass including the front-end, hood, rear tail light panel, deck lid, quarter panel extension, and side scoops."

• How to open the doors & How to open the hood

i) Doors
To open the doors, right click the car and the doors will open. Right click again to get in.
To close the doors, right click WHILE shifting/crouching.
ii) Hood
To open the hood, right click WHILE shifting/crouching WHEN the doors are closed and the hood will open!
To close the hood, right click WHILE shifting/crouching.
In a nutshell, the concept is basically;
Right click/hold Shift/crouch = Close/open the hood and close doors
Right click ONLY = Open doors and to get in car ... (once the car's doors are open)

I've made a video showing how it's done so if you don't understand words, you can check that video out. The car in the video used is my previous Datsun 240z addon which shouldn't be a problem as the concept (animations, door and hood mechanics and sound effects) are the same for this addon (67' Shelby GT500).

• Advanced sounds

In total there are 5 sound effects for the cars. However, there are 3 sound effects that requires Minecraft's experimental settings. More details below. The list are as follows:
Doesn't require
Startup sound effect - When the player sits in the car
Driving sound effect - When the player drives the car
Door closing sound effect - When the player closes the door
Door opening sound effect - When the player opens the door
Hood closing sound effect - When the player closes the hood

The addon will still work like normal if you choose to not turn on the Experimental option (Holiday Creator Features), but you won't be able to experience the 3 sound effects mentioned above in their full glory.

• How to obtain

Method 1: Get their spawn eggs from the Creative Inventory. They are classified as spawn eggs. You can search "Shelby" without the " for an easier way to get them.
Method 2: Use /summon commands:
/summon 67shelby:silver1
/summon 67shelby:white1
/summon 67shelby:red1
/summon 67shelby:green1

• Problem with AdFly?

Contact me through one if my contacts listed above and I’ll send a direct download link whenever possible, no AdFly restrictions!

• Confused about the download links?

So basically,
Win10 = High speed version, suitable for race track maps. (Minecraft speed of 0.615)
Mobile = Lowered speed version, suitable for small city maps. Also better for mobile users (lag reduction, easier to control) (Minecraft speed of 0.515)
Mobile Revised = An even more "lowered speed version". Suitable for low-end mobile users. (Minecraft speed of 0.385)
1) All the downloads below contain both the Behavior Pack (BP) and the Resource Pack (RP).
2) • The Win10 and Mobile versions are available in both AdFly and Linkvertise links.
    • Mobile Revised version is only available via Linkvertise.

Supported Minecraft versions

  • 1.17
  • 1.16
